ALL MEMBERS INVITED

Six-Week Voting Period

Deadline: March 10, 2026

All members of CIES for the 2025 calendar year are eligible to vote. The election spans six weeks, starting in January 2026 and concluding in February 2026.

The OED will determine if the threshold of 20% of members voting (as required in the CIES Constitution Article VI Section 4) has been met by comparing the number of votes cast with the CIES member count as it stood when the elections opened. A public announcement of results will be shared with the CIES membership.

The elected officials will begin their terms during the State of the Society Business meeting at CIES 2026 in San Francisco, scheduled for March 28-April 1, 2026.
